Art

Art is normally understood as that which is created for aesthetic and communication purposes, to express ideas and emotions using various resources.

This word comes from the Latin ars, artis, a copy of the Greek techne. Ars (art) and techne (technique). Originally ars and techne were used as synonyms, which is why art was defined as: acquisition of skills to perform an activity, through its practice, with a specific purpose.

There is no society or historical era of which it is not a part. Human beings have made it a tool through which they express their interpretation of reality through ideas and beliefs.
We can therefore say that it is a cultural manifestation and a social need for communication.
